Dr. Cindy Pace's Bio
Cindy is a global diversity and leadership expert on multicultural identities, purpose and inclusiveness in organizations. She currently serves as the Global Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer of MetLife. She is the host of the podcast “Inclusion Begins with Me: Conversations that Matter.”
As a scholar practitioner, Cindy integrates research and theory into practical application that helps solve complex diversity and inclusive leadership challenges resulting in an empowered and thriving workplace and marketplace.
Through her work, she has successfully cultivated and strengthened diverse corporate leadership pipelines through customized inclusive talent practices and programs that deliver positive impact to employee engagement, business growth and profitability globally.
A global citizen, when Cindy isn’t traveling she spends her time between the world’s city of NYC, and the city of trees in Atlanta.
